It features a thumb rest, a pain power switch, a button for review mode, exposure compensation and focus area selection buttons, and a four-way navigation switch with a central function button. Alas! Neither the dial nor the zoom-switch functions ideally. Due to the long range it has to cover, the camera is not very accurate for distant objects.

The mode dial, gratifyingly, rotates a full 360 degrees. Tilting 2.5 inches LCD is quite small as compared to latest 3 inches LCDs. It shoots at a rate of about 1.5 seconds, focuses and shoots in bright light in 0.6 seconds and in 0.8 seconds in dim light. It seems to be a power efficient camera. When tested, its shooting speed was much better than other cameras.
Pros:
- Speedy performance

- Solid battery life
- Eloquent LCD
- 360 degree rotating dial
- Can zoom while video recording
Cons:
- No HD movie capture
- No raw support
- Few annoying design whim
- Constricted lens opening at maximum zoom
Final Words:
It is a mega zoom camera with quite a handful of functional features. Though there are some glitches, but the overall performance rate is good enough for buying this camera.
